The short version

• We do our best work and put it in writing. You pay only for delivered work.
• We never guarantee specific Ai rankings or positions. Ai assistants change their answers constantly; no honest provider can promise a number.
• Month-to-month, no long-term lock-in. Cancel any time.
• Governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

What we offer

CanYouSeeMe.ai provides “Ai visibility” services — also called Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) — to local businesses. We work to make your business findable, named, and cited by Ai assistants including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's Ai Overviews. We do this through standard, white-hat techniques: technical web fixes, schema markup, Google Business Profile cleanup, citations, reviews, and Ai-ready content.

No-guarantee clause

We do not guarantee any specific rank, position, citation, or mention by any Ai assistant. Ai search results are determined by third-party systems we do not control. Anyone who guarantees a specific Ai ranking is not telling you the truth.

What we do guarantee — under the Get-Seen Guarantee, when it applies — is the deliverable: if at least one major Ai assistant has not named or cited your business for the agreed core search within 90 days, we will continue working on the scope, free, until it does. The guarantee scope is confirmed in writing before engagement begins and depends on market difficulty.

No lock-in

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing founder@canyouseeme.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate monthly fees retroactively; you simply pay only for the cycle you used.

Payment and refunds

• Setup fees are refundable in full within 7 days of payment if work has not begun. Once setup work begins, refunds are prorated to the work delivered to date.
• Monthly fees are not retroactively refunded. To stop billing, cancel and your access continues to the end of the current cycle.
• Founder pricing is locked at the rate you join under, for as long as your subscription remains continuous. A lapse of 90+ days resets pricing to standard.

Scope and delivery

Each engagement begins with a written scope of work that lists the deliverables included. If we cannot complete a specific scoped item — for example, a citation that won't approve, or content you reject after revisions — that item is not invoiced. Out-of-scope work is quoted separately and only billed with your written approval.

Your responsibilities

• Give us reasonable access to the assets we need: your website (or its CMS), Google Business Profile, review platforms, and any directories where we'll be updating listings.
• Respond to scope and approval requests within a reasonable time (typically 5 business days). Stalls on your side may extend the 90-day guarantee window proportionally.
• Use the service for a lawful business. Spam, fraud, fake-review schemes, and similar are out — and we will refuse or end the engagement.

Intellectual property

Content, schema, and assets we create specifically for your business are yours to keep, even after the engagement ends. Frameworks, tools, and methodologies we use across clients (e.g. the 7-Point Checklist, the prompt pack) remain ours.

Confidentiality

We treat the details of your business, traffic, and engagement as confidential. Aggregate, anonymized results (e.g. “across our clients, Ai visibility improved on average by X%”) may be cited publicly. We will not name you, your traffic, or your specifics in marketing without your explicit written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

No affiliation

CanYouSeeMe.ai is independent. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, xAI, or Google. We do not pay for placement, have no insider access, and do not claim to.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by direct communication will be brought before the courts of British Columbia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business evolves. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page and emailed to active clients at least 30 days before they take effect.
